		<description>Thanks Patrick. Yeah, I don&#039;t always use the dodge &amp; burn tools, but I am trying to expand my Photoshop skills since I normall only use Photoshop to work on sketches, being primarily a vector artist.

I thought Monster Monday would be a good outlet to try new techniques and styles. I&#039;d really like to get away from the airbrush-y feel, get something more painterly. I think I need to beef up on my Brush knowledge in Photoshop.</description>

		<description>This is a great character! I love the use of shapes here- good mix of large, medium and small. I really dig on the expression too. I have never been very successful when using the dodge and burn for shading, I always resort to setting lower opacities and varying my brush hardness/softness.</description>
