Gouache on cardstock, cut to shape.  Kind of a Heavy Metal-influenced piece. I was mainly interested in trying to get the translucent, kind-of-slimy skin texture looking right; the little dancing figure he&#8217;s holding was pretty much an afterthought.

<p>This was done as a birthday card for my brother, who lived in the midwest at the time. Fortunately, the modern-day descendant of an ancient line of cat samurai is on hand to fight for justice.</p>
